End User Agreement
Effective April 15, 2008
The terms laid out herein constitute the license agreement between you and Unrestricted LimeWire. Please go over it and understand that this is a legal and binding agreement, governing your use of our online peer-to-peer file-sharing services at www.unrestrcitedlimewire.com.
AGE REQUIREMENT
This online service is available only for individuals aged 13 years or older. For the sole purpose of entering into this agreement on your behalf and registering yourself for the use of the service, you must, however, be at least 18 years old. If you at least 13 years old but has not reached 18 years old yet, you must present this agreement to your parent or legal guardian, and he or she may enter into this Agreement on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian entering this Agreement for the benefit of your child, please be aware that you are fully responsible for his or her use of the service, including all legal liability that he or she may incur.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service allows you to download the Unrestricted LimeWire software for free and empower your personal computer to share and receive music, video, and audio files from other Unrestricted LimeWire recipients throughout the worldwide Gnutella network.
USE OF THE SERVICE
Once you have downloaded Unrestricted LimeWire, you may save software to the hard drives of as many of your personal computers and use it to download music, audio, and video files and share the same to any of your friends in your network.
If you are using the version of the free download service that is accessible from Microsoft Corporation's Windows Media Player Series, you will only be able to burn or transfer music, video, and other audio files using the Windows Media Player. Additionally, if you are using the version of the Service that runs on Microsoft Corporation's Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004, certain features that are available in the service will not be available in the "distance viewing" experience.
Song Importation. You may use the Unrestricted LimeWire software to obtain certain song and video files and play them using the software. We want to make it clear that Unrestrcited Limewire does not represent or guarantee that our software will successfully import or support any song or video files that are not downloaded using our online service. Moreover, Unrestricted LimeWire does not purport to grant you any rights to use any such song or video files. In straightforward language this means that an Unrestricted LimeWire user you agree to respect copyrights over any imported song or video. This means that you don't use the software to steal music or videos! If you violate the copyright laws or any other intellectual property laws, fines or criminal charges may be brought against you. You may even go to jail.

Specific Restrictions. You are enjoined from using the Unrestricted Limewire software to transmit, display, perform or otherwise make available any messages, content or materials (i) that are illegal, obscene, threatening, of a "spamming" nature, defamatory, or invasive of privacy; (ii) that constitute political campaigning or commercial solicitation or that contain software viruses or other computer code designed to interfere with the functionality of any computer systems; or (iii) that infringe third-party rights or harm minors in any way.
All rights that are not expressly granted to you herein are reserved to Unrestricted LimeWire.
NOTICE ON CHANGES
Unrestricted Limewire may, from time to time, impose modifications on these terms and will post a copy of the amended agreement at http://www.unrestrictedlimwire.com/terms.html. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the agreement as amended, your only available remedy is to stop using the service or, if applicable, cancel out. You are deemed to have accepted the agreement as amended if you continue to use the service, or any part of it, after any amendments go into effect.
EXPLICIT CONTENT
You should understand that by using the Unrestricted LimeWire software you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language. Nevertheless, you agree to use it at your sole risk and that Unrestricted LimeWire shall have no liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
